With Aid Pioneers, you can take an active role in our projects in the thematic sectors Clean Energy Access, Gender Equality and Medical Procurement or by working in the organization‘s backbone, our departments Legal and Finance, Technology, Marketing, Fundraising, Human Resources and Impact Measurement!

Join our community
All our volunteers are pursuing their studies or fulltime jobs next to their engagement at Aid Pioneers. We are conscious of that and want to make sure that in the time you give, you will have the maximum impact and opportunities for personal development.
Our leadership team consisting of full-time employees and working students is there to support, for instance by bridging times when you need to cut back on volunteering time due to your university or work schedule.
While our office is located in Berlin, our members are spread across the world and join the virtual meeting rooms from Paris, Munich, Washington, D.C., Geneva and Lagos, to name a few.
We know that developing a sense of community through a screen can be tricky, which is why we make sure that there are opportunities for in-person meet-ups in different locations.
